Sophisticup Return Policy

Returns
Sophisticup is committed to customer satisfaction. If you are not fully satisfied with your products, please contact your Account Manager within 20 calendar days of receipt. At that time, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). All returned items must:
- Be undamaged
- Include original packaging materials
- Include shipping labels
- Include any other relevant product items that were orginally shipped with it
Items will be accepted if received by our distributor within 30 calendar days of the receipt of your products but will not be received unless the return includes an RMA number. Refunds include the price of the product minus shipping and any applicable handling fees. Customer is responsible for any shipping charges with returned products.
Credit will be applied to original customer's credit card
- Within one billing cycle
- Cost minus original shipping and handling fees
Non-Returnable Items
Sophisticup does not accept returns on the following items:
- Food Items (Includes Teas)
- Items without original packaging or show the product has been used
All sales are considered final on the above items.
Shipping Damage
As soon as you receive your order, immediately check your products for any instances of damage during shipping. If you do experience shipping damage, please notify your Account Manager within five (5) business days of the receipt of your shipment. You must keep all shipping materials (packaging, padding, etc.), product, and paperwork so the shipper can properly inspect and verify the damage. Please do not use the damaged product(s).
Defective Products
If your product appears to be defective, you must contact your Account Manager within five (5) business days to report the defect.
Other Items
Prices subject to change without notice.
Product images are subject to change. Sophisticup will make every effort to properly reflect any changes; however, manufacturers reserve the right to change their products without prior knowledge.
Indemnification
By working with Sophisticup, you agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Sophisticup and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees and consultants from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, fees (including reasonable attorney's fees and costs) that such parties may incur arising from or relating to your account or any violation of these Terms of Use.
Terms of Use Changes
We reserve the right, at our discretion, to change these Terms of Use at any time. Please check this page periodically for changes. Those changes will go into effect when they are disclosed in the changed Terms of Use. The new Terms of Use will apply to all current and past users of our website and will replace any prior Terms of Use that are inconsistent. |
